1. No Refunds - Digital Products

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content where the supply has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel is thereby lost. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel.

Given the nature of our products - online digital video courses accessible immediately upon purchase via a permanent access link - all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a course has been purchased and access has been granted.

• Digital Product: As our courses are digital products delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
